Reservations/Policies
We take reservations on the Get Away Package and on the hotel room on stays of 5 or more days. A deposit of one half of the cost is due two weeks before your arrival date.
Upon arrival date, the remainder of the cost is due in full. Checks are not accepted for the remainder. U.S. dollars or Mexican pesos only. Any extra charges (alcohol, food, etc. ) would be paid by you at the end of the week in U.S. dollars or Pesos.
In the event that you needed to cancel your trip, your deposit would be refunded to you within 30 days of the cancelation if you cancel no later than 5 days before your scheduled arrival date. If we do not receive your written cancelation within this time frame your deposit will be forfeited.
